Shipping

All products quoted exclude shipping. Shipping charges will be added to your order at the point of shipment and will be based on published UPS rates. If you would like a quote on shipping please feel free to call 508.987.6141. You can also go to www.ups.com for a rate quote.

TAX

St Georges Tack, is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to all states except: Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged on the price of the purchased items and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges. 

If you are making an exempt purchase, please contact the customer service center and provide them with the appropriate documentation (e.g. Resale or Exemption Certificate) to claim your exemption. Contacting the customer service center before entering your order will help to avoid billing adjustments. 

Canadian Sales Tax: 
A service fee will be added to all orders shipped to Canada to cover the cost of export taxes. 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is one of our key values at St Georges Tack. All items ordered can be returned within 14 business days of receipt. If items are returned damaged or the packaging is missing we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee.
